The Zenith Tasmanian Spectra Gin is a colourful contemporary style gin using the very best ingredients from the Tamar Valley and surrounds.

We blend a mixture of Tamar Valley Citrus, Bridestowe Estate Lavender, home grown and handpicked fruit, and top it off with the delicate butterfly pea flower, giving the gin a mystical colour-changing ability.
