Matthew is the Head Distiller, Founder and Co-Owner with Partner Serena of Zenith Distillery. Matthew founded Zenith Distillery after many years refining distillation techniques and recipes. Matthew has a Degree in Metallurgy and the scientific know how and attention to detail translates into the Quality of the Gins and Liqueurs. Matthew is also extremely passionate about Tasmania and it's environment, with a plethora of knowledge of the secret and hidden gems scattered around Tasmania. Matthew's hobbies include exploring, fossicking and prospecting for rare gemstones, learning about Tasmanian History, Geography and Geology and coming up with new and exciting gins and liqueurs in the distillery.

Serena is the Manager of the Tasting Room and Co-Owner with Matthew of Zenith Distillery. Serena worked for over 20 years in the pharmacy industry at Rochkampton, Queensland and a Degree in Psychology. She has found her calling running the Zenith Distillery Tasting Room in George Town, Tasmania. Serena has a wealth of knowledge in all the Zenith Gins and Liqueurs, especially putting a tropical twist on Zenith cocktails, as well as a massive following of local & regular customers who love to come in for a visit, cocktail and a chat. Serena's hobbies include the ferocious Brisbane Lions, exploring around Tasmania and visiting new and unique locations, and experimenting with new Zenith Cocktails.

James is a massive part of the Zenith Tasting Room, helping construction and fit our with his +40 years experience int he Tasmanian Timber Industry, as well as running the Tasting Room most Thursday and Sunday afternoons. James' hobbies include many sports such as Cricket , AFL & Golf, travelling and exploring and growing fresh botanicals for Zenith Gins and Liqueurs..

Virginia is the #1 helper for the busy days at the Tasting Room, masterclasses at Zenith Distillery. She has +40 years experience in the health field in nursing and maternity care. Virginia specialises in taking care of customers & finding new ways to box, label, waxing Zenith products, plus collecting packing material from online shopping to reuse & recycle for postage Zenith Products. Virginia's hobbies include travelling and exploring, movies, theatre productions & shows.

Tim & Ange are the #1 helpers for markets and events and can find them close by for the big days at Zenith Distillery, such as the Tasmanian Craft Fair, or New Years Eve. Tim & Ange are close family friends and have been part of the Zenith journey from very early on. Tim & Ange's hobbies include the Sydney Swans, their puppies Teddy and Tommy, getting a perfect cut and lines in Tim's lawn and Ange's amazing Diamond Dot paintings. Richard is a long time family friend, growing up together as neighbours with Matthew at Zenith Court in Blackstone Heights. Richard is the point of contact and sales rep for Zenith's Victorian customers and specilises in corporate gifting and custom orders. Richard's hobbies include watching the Mighty Richmond Tigers, analysing and watching Australia dominate the cricket, travelling around the world & sneaky last minute visits to Tasmania, and a few cheeky Mujo Gins (or more than a few).

Prismo has one of the most important roles at Zenith Distillery. He is the Chief Quality Assurance Manager and is responsible for supervising the entire process. He oversees and inspects all work (whether we ask him to or not) and makes sure it's quality and up to scratch. His hobbies include looking fabulous and fluffy, catching up on his beauty sleep, demanding for treats and food while looking cute, and causing chaos around Zenith Distillery.

Frankie has recently taken on the roll of HR manager at Zenith Distillery, and specialises in judging other from a distance, a glare that could freeze a fire, low level aggression and violence when she's in a fickle mood, and demanding food and door opening service from her underlings. These are all very important qualities to manage the human resources available to her.
