Mulberries have always been an important part of the Zenith Distillery journey.  Before I even started distilling, I would pick mulberries from my own tree and make sauces, jams and just enjoy the rich and delectable, but ever-so delicate fruit.

Mulberry Trees are massive and slow growing trees, sometimes growing for generations. We handpick mulberries from various home-grown trees around the Tamar Valley.  The families with these old magnificent trees kindly donate their Mulberries to us to make the Zenith Mulberry Liqueur and Tasmanian Pink Gin.

The Zenith Mulberry Liqueur is delicious on its own, with a large cube of ice, or garnished with frozen berries. The sour-sweetness of the fruit also pairs perfectly shaken into a sour cocktail.
