Blackcurrants were an important part of growing up in Tasmania. I helped my grandparents pick Blackcurrants straight off the tree and watched them make a delicious range of home-made Syrups, Cordials and Jams. The tradition continues and the techniques learned over many generations have been passed down and adapted for distilling & liqueurs.
The Zenith Blackcurrant Liqueur is made from the highest quality Blackcurrants grown and hand picked across Tasmania, and made in a traditional style of home-made liqueur.
