Using fresh organic Lemons from The Pier Hotel’s very own lemon tree, each Lemon is hand peeled to make a smooth and delicious Limoncello Liqueur. This is a traditional style Limoncello & collaboration between The Pier Hotel and Zenith Distillery both located in George Town on the Tamar Valley of Tasmania.
Each bottle may contain natural lemon sediment and oils. Just give it a gentle shake to mix the lemon oils and goodness back into the liqueur. Best served chilled & neat as a Apéritif or Digestif, or as a Citrus Spritzer with soda water or lemonade of your choosing.
Each bottle is wax sealed and hand stamped using premium gold wax and has the iconic clear labelled Zenith Design on the front and back to show off the natural Limoncello colouring.
Each bottle contains either 200mL or the new 700mL at 25% ABV.
