The Tamar Valley Folk Festival is held every year in January around the centre of George Town in the beautiful Tamar Valley of Tasmania. It features artists from all over Australia and beyond gathering to celebrate this great event.

The Tamar Valley Folk Festival has been very close to our hearts at Zenith Distillery with Christine Atwell and the rest of the volunteers at the Folk Festival supporting and collaborating with one another over the years.

Christine was invited to Zenith Distillery for a distillation masterclass to design a gin for the Folk Festival. We chose to use a delicate mix of anise and local citrus paired with a London Dry Style base to come up with the flavour profile for this gin.

The gin is delicious neat or with a large ice cube. It also pairs nicely with your favourite tonic or soda water, and with a slice of citrus in your glass. It even might surprise you for an unusual pairing of a refreshing sarsaparilla fizz.

The Tamar Valley Folk Festival Gin comes in both 200mL and 700mL sizes at 40% ABV.
