This Japanese Style gin was inspired by the Buddhist and Shinto temples of Japan. Highly influenced by Japanese tea culture we have tried to carry across their attention to detail, high-quality ingredients, care for the preparation of ingredients, and over-arching simplicity in our own gin. 

While travelling through the overgrown forest cemetery on the peak of Mt. Koya, there was a divine moment of “gin-lightenment” that lead to the fusion of these Japanese botanicals with traditional dry gin ingredients.

Using the signature botanicals of the fresh and unique citrus flavour of Japanese Yuzu, along with the smooth and enduring taste of the finest Kyoto Matcha, with aromatic sandalwood to finish off the exotic balance of flavours.
